- Make sure your hands are clean and dry
- Insert a new VivaChek Ino test strip into the meter.
- Use the lancing device to get a small drop of blood
- Touch the tip of the test strip to the blood drop – it will automatically draw the blood in
- Your accurate blood glucose result will appear on the meter's screen in 5 seconds
- Use the strip ejector to dispose of the used strip safely and discard the lancet in a sharps bin
